Solution
What we did
- Crew on-site Saturday morning for moisture tracing and roof walk.
- Identified two failed seams and one cracked drain boot as the entry points.
- Welded new TPO patches over each seam and replaced the drain boot.
- Verified with a flood test on the most suspect area before leaving site.
Results
Results
- Watertight by Sunday afternoon, tenants back to dry offices Monday.
- Provided a follow-up condition report and recommended preventative work to prevent the next storm event.
